      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have a working email address for Samsung (UK) - the ones I've used in the past no longer work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or, alternatively, does anyone know from where to purchase a replacement One Connect box for a UE48JS9000 - The TV is ok, even after 9 years, but the box is continually rebooting. The separate system is one reason we purchased it as John Lewis said if one goes you replace that bit of kit not a full set. There's no single boxes in the online shop.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The TV is not recognised on the website so I can't get passed the 'firewalls'. There's no other digits/ numbers/ symbols on the name....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for your help - I managed to tweak passed the chatbot and had conversations with an Agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The One Connect box is TV specific - my only recourse is to have it repaired (repairer 250 miles away) or upgrade an otherwise good TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So much for future-proof technology....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yea, try getting any sense out of them regarding a product still under warranty and still got a cjarge of £109! They even sent me to Manchester for a different repair on a phone, arriving at Manchester they simply replied, "We can't repair that".</description>

      <description>Had samsung phone went many through generations model of the flagships. The more tech features the persistent problems i suffered example the camera settings after updates since had been stuck unable access menu. When you manage to agent they tell you factory reset. So painful even doing the back up. This happened many times on the camera app not able to open settings to tweak. They stupidly asked why you want to access the menu. ***** behind the screen. Save you the headache do a back up factory reset and don't buy the latest flagships ever.</description>

      <description>Had my ifold6 for 6 months when the centre screen went blank. I sent it back for repair. They said it had been damaged. The centre on the hinge had lifted and it had been twisted. I know this hadn't happened. When my phone was picked up, the DPD driver said he had picked up dozens of the phones with the same fault. One of the girls I spoke to at the engineering plant said the screens were delicate, which means "they are not fit for purpose. I could not believe they were blaming me for the fault. They said the phone was immaculate so how had I damaged it. The phone was a birthday and Christmas present from my children. I am 78 and disabled so my phone is my lifeline. I asked if I could speak to someone higher and was told there was no one. I had to find over £480 to get the repair done so food and heating will have to be cut back on. I am furious. Sorry to rant on but I will never but any Samsung products again and neither will anyone I know.</description>
