Customer Service: Contact the manufacturer's customer service. They can usually provide a template or direct you to where you can find one.

Did you ever find this template? I purchased the mounting from Samsung and the installer did a horrible job, didn’t get the Frame centered on my wall and took the template. I need a template so I can fix the problem.

I did but the only way was to purchase a new mounting bracket kit, got one off Ebay

But SAMSUNG is the manufacturer. Where can I find the template on this website?
