How to add Channel 4 All 4 app to TV?

Hi.

I have just purchased a Samsung UE49KS7000.

I want to add Channel 4's 'All 4' app to the TV, but can't find it when searching.

The BBC, ITV and C5 apps are already installed.

Can yiou help please?

The All 4 app isn't currently available for that model, but they're working on bringing it to it as soon as they can, so keep a lookout.

What model TV do you have? The All4 app should now be available for all 2016 and 2017 TV's and Blu-ray players.

I have a Samsung KS7500 4k Smart TV, not a BluRay Player.

Thanks! Are you able to find it through 'Search'? If not, try a Smart Hub Reset: Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.

Hi I have the BD-J5900/XU and I can't get all4 either, it won't come up when I search for it

We can’t either, they say it’s available but it’s not. This forum is useless tbh you never get responses or advice from Samsung. They don’t care!
