&lt;P&gt;I want to change region on my Samsung QLED. TV was bought on UK but now will be used on Poland.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I just want to add that Mute-Vol Up-Chanel Up-Mute is not working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Start by&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;setting the source to Tv.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Once you have set the source to TV, press the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Menu&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;button, then select the&amp;nbsp; System sub-menu.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In the system sub-menu you should see a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Set Up option. Click to begin setup.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Continue the setup until you are at the "&lt;STRONG&gt;Smart Hub Terms &amp;amp; Conditions, Privacy Policy&lt;/STRONG&gt;" Page. When you are on this page, press the following buttons in a direct sequence.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;MUTE - VOL UP - CHANNEL UP - MUTE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; or&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;» - 2 - 8 - 9 - «&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;(this is FFWD - 2 - 8 - 9 - REWIND)&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It’s a bit different now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reset your whole tv and when you are on the screen that says “Enjoy a wide range of smart features”, do the Mute - Volume up -&amp;nbsp; Channel up - Mute .&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then a window with the country selection will appear&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to do the full reset, and then on the terms and conditions page do the:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mute - volume up - channel up - mute&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and then you’ll get the region settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if, like me, you’re trying to get the UK App Store (for BBC Iplayer and ITVX on your Samsung TV) then once you’ve set the region and &amp;nbsp;agreed to the T&amp;amp;Cs, you must SKIP the step where it asks you to select your set top box provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also (I’m in Dubai, UAE), so I have an Etisalat tv box, and no matter what you do, the tv remote won’t control the Etisalat box, so when the TV asks you if the remote is working, just select ‘Yes’.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck guys.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have just purchased a&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Samsung&amp;nbsp;QE50LS03DAUXXH in a different region, and now it is not working in my region. After setting it up initially, I received a message that my TV was geo-locked and so there were many features I could not benefit from. I have tried to reset Smart Hub, and now I am never able to reach the Terms &amp;amp; Conditions page. An error message pop up by before I access that page saying the server is down and under maintenance. Please help me!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
