Anyone else’s 2022 frame’s display rebooting every 30 seconds? Mine just started doing this a couple of minutes ago. Can’t even get through menus fast enough to run any of the diagnostic tools without the tv rebooting..

The red led in the bottom of the tv is constantly flashing and even with the display off I can hear the one connect box clicking as if it’s rebooting.

I have the same issue with my 43” 2021 model, constant rebooting and clicking which has made the TV unusable. Firmware version is 2101, this has been happening for around a week or two.

yes, same issue. 75" 2022 model. started happening 4 days after initial setup. Support made me 'troubleshoot' and decided it was the cable. Still waiting for a new cable after a week. Reading other posts, it might be the actual One Connect box, which means more waiting if the new cable doesn't fix the issue. Reached out to the supplier and they are not exactly rushing to help either.
Very disappointed that a brand new product is not working.

Yes, an engineer came out and checked the TV diagnostics. There were several reboot log entries which all originated from the TV end rather than the OneConnect box. This meant either a faulty cable, or less likely a fault on the TV board itself. First step was a new cable and that resolved the issues, which haven’t come back in the 6 weeks since the cable was replaced.

Frame TV now a brick. I have to replace the LCD Panel as per service center. Its like buying 80% of the purchase cost. One connect box and cable is what left working. Another junkie.

To update my original post, the TV started having the same issues with the new cable after a few months. Engineers diagnosed the entire TV was faulty - they didn’t specify whether it was the OneConnect box or the panel itself. I returned it to the retailer for a refund as this was not a reasonable length of time for a television to last. I reluctantly replaced it with a 2023 model and am hoping the same issue won’t appear.

Any ideas to solve this issue? My Frame TV just rebooks and shows a brief blue screen, over and over, every 15-20 seconds.. No logo, nothing I can do to even get into the settings.. Any advice here on what my issue is?

You could try another one connect cable but it’s £200 to buy in the UK. My experience was that the entire TV turned out to be faulty, so save yourself the hassle and claim under warranty or consumer law if possible.
