      <title>One Connect mini endless software reset loop</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Model UE55JS8500T 2015 Vintage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no issues until the cable from my one connect mini fell out when I was moving the set.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now whenever I try to connect the One Connect Mini the Tv launches into a blue screen saying "Updating TV software Don't turn off the TV or disconnect the power cable until the update finishes etc etc". &amp;nbsp;I leave it . It resets and then the process starts again, and again, and again....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The software is updated. I have tried a factory reset etc etc. I have seen several on line posts of similar issues. I now can't connect any accessory to the TV that is rather disappointing ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The one connect mini serial is 150822S1/ B6FP/8066&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any input suggestions gratefully received&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a same problem. Looks like I damaged the one connect mini cabel when I tried to move my TV. Ordered the new cabel on amazon and it strated working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
