@Ao3: Please can you confirm the model number of your TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device? In the meantime, can you verify if the issue is present on all channels and sources? If you head to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test, and run through the on screen options, is the issue present in the sample image, and do you get any 'Failed' messages in the summary at the end?

Hi no could not be fixed. The engineer said there was no parts for the tv anymore. Good luck

Same issue here. Very disappointing for aTV that's not that old. Seems like I'll go for a different brand next time.

Hello I had the same issue where light was coming from the bottom of the screen. They sent a tech out, he told me I needed a new screen and that I just wanted a new TV and that I probably caused the damage. He proceeded to be very rude saying why don’t I just go buy a tv instead of trying to get something free. I almost got into a fist fight as I was throwing him out my house. He then said some addition rude things as he called me out my name. He then proceeded to try to hit me with his van. I called Samsung and they accused me of being aggressive with the tech. And the tech was justified.

Hello I called customer service they sent someone to the house. The service man said that it needed a new screen which was unavailable and when I asked for a replacement. He replied Why do people always want something for free. Needless to say we almost got into a physical altercation.

I brought a 4 piece kitchen set (fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher) for $6500 all items are broken except the stove. The fridge icemaker is always broke service man been here 3 times!!!

in short don’t buy Samsung you will be disappointed!!!!!
