    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same exactly issue here with Q6FNA after upgrading to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ver1310.4&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Connection speed in nerd stats is over 75mbps-120mbps and it seems it just stops loading data, showing the network activity in 0kb for far too long until the buffer runs out and quality goes to 360p. Very frustrating&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I cannot play 4k videos on youtube after this update to 1310.4 and when i play videos they come in 360p and after that if i set them to 4k they stuck on loading screen forever.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried to reset the Youtube app, reinstall it, use it without an account, but nothing helps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I took a speedtest on my TV and i have ~310mbps download speed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If i try to access youtube from tv internet browser is works very well on 4k60fps and so on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue. At version1300.4 it was working fine, Youtube with 4k videos... but now I cannot see videos at youtube app fluently after installing 1310.4.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My tv is Q7FN 2018.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the update last night and have sporadic issues with YouTube 4k now. I tried the trailer mentioned on the US forum and it was fine, but other content switches down to 360.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As people have already logged with Samsung, I sent a report to YouTube. Might be best if more people do that too, so we've covered both angles.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do this in settings on the TV app, and it sends the report from the TV, and they give a link to fill in more information too, which you can do from phone, tablet etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I was watching the stats for nerds it seemed that it gave no buffer safety, normally it's 10 or so seconds. So is the app reducing the bandwith perhaps?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Works fine in the web browser version, and other 4k streaming on other apps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same for me, on&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;1310.4 firmware and Samsung 55" Q6FN model.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;YouTube video with a 1080p resolution and enabled "stats for nerds". At least in my case on the "connection speed" it shows 50+Mbps and on the "buffer health" it shows +60 seconds. But when I change it to 4k, everything stops, connection speed goes to 0, buffer health goes to 0, network activity goes to 0.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The last Samsung firmware broke the YouTube app, I have zero issues with Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, Samsung support made it very clear in different countries (and I have personally contacted them), they are not responsible for fixing this issue, even if it was introduced after a modification made by their TV firmware. Their logic is that the developer of the app needs to leverage the SMART platform Samsung provides and keep it updated and working properly after each release. Otherwise, they will have to verify and pre test their firmware with every single app is outhere in their appstore.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would expect from a company of the size of Samsung with the partnership they have with Youtube to include their app as a default one, to at least make sure these type of apps are stable before releasing a new fw or at least provide a disclaimer with the known bug so we can accept or not to install the firmware.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well that sounds comprehensive somehow but still I agree with your opinion that a company that size should at least give us a fu**ing option maybe to even go back to the older FW..&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have the same problem with the Q9FN. German support cant solve the problem they just reseted my TV and smart hub, but wont work for me.
