      <title>The Frame TV 2019 doesn't work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The main point of the Frame TV is that it should turn on when you walk in the room and then turn off when you are not there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far this very simple function does not work reliably. Mostly it does not turn on... At times it does not turn off. Tried all trouble shooting tips... Latest firmware... Reset... Nothing. No word from Samsung either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, yes. I am on v 1318...and the issue still happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tebds to not turn on after a few hours it has not woken up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The eco setting on turning off after x hours is off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But for example in the morning or after the day out... Ie a few hours of the TV not turning itself on in frame mode, it does not work. Almost as it went in deep sleep... Or I have a concern on an intermittent issue in the sensor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For me turning off nightmode in the art mode settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Helped me to get the sensor working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like it should&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps for you too&lt;/P&gt;</description>
