KS7000 judder and artefacts

Dear Samsung/Community

I bought the UK KS7000 TV on Christmas Eve.

The image as absolutley stunning and gaming running at 60fps is a pure joy. However I am experiencing major judder in game mode on 30fps games or around that figure.

Also when I watch Amazon Prime native TV app in 4K HDR with Auto Motion set to Auto I am getting bad artefacts.

Please find links below of what I am currently experiencing. Could you please tell me if this is the norm for this TV set or if I have a dud? As of now I'm at a loss if I'm overily sensitive or there is indeed an issue:

Below are perfect examples of what I'm seeing.
This is with native TV YouTube app with auto motion set to auto.

You'll notice with 24fps / 25 fps / 30 fps I get bad artefacts towards edges of screen where literally the image breaks up:

24fps Judder test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4sn9c2vxRE
25fps Judder test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nqRh7yAAUHE
30fps Judder test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwyn0gPuO80
60fps Judder test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iaukqXKfrLU

These were played from Robert Smits youtube uploads @ https://www.youtube.com/user/BitPusher321

Are you experiencing the same?
Please bear in mind I get these artefacts in 4K HDR version of the Grand Tour on Amazon when they are driving through the desert on the opening sequence.

I DO NOT get these artefacts when in game mode but I get judder from the aforementioned games.

Below are YouTube recordings of what I'm currently experiencing with the KS7000.

Any game that runs @ or around 60fps looks and runs buttery smooth. Very happy!!

Any game that runs @ around 30fps and the image judders to the point of being unacceptable.

Battlefront @ 60 fps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CKU5p3ZSKUk
Dishonored DE @ 30 fps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Dwx8mtU_gI
Deus Ex MD @ 30 fps (recorded @ 60fps): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IhiEbxCRbWQ
Deus Ex MD @ 30fps (recorded @ 30fps): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgasZXZPNYE

As stated above any game at 60fps is glorious.
Any game @ 30fps such as GTAV, Deus Ex, Dishonored, Bloodborne etc look totally horrendous.

Anybody else experiencing this? Is this a dud panel or should I be putting my expectations in check?

This is with recommended settings, in game mode. Outside of game mode Auto motion displays very bad artefacts and controller lag is terrible.

*** Important point. Any pausing you see IS NOT the TV its my Galaxy S6 phone pausing. Concentrate only on the judder please.

Hi

Worth reading this post here perhaps, as Samsung are saying their TVs are that poorly designed they have to drop frames as their software/hardware can't keep up, so it isn't a fault, it's normal for their TVs.

My next TV will not be a Samsung.

QLED QE55 Q8C - Image judder

Regards

Phil
