      <title>TV Plus has been "Terminated"???</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My TV Plus stopped working, and those "channels" stopped appearing in my channel list.&amp;nbsp; When I tried to lauch TV Plus, it does nothing.&amp;nbsp; When I go into apps and try to launch it, I get the message seen in the photo.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_20200406_130504762.jpg" style="width: 610px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/145421i8C0CF0C17B69F317/image-dimensions/610x458?v=v2" width="610" height="458" role="button" title="IMG_20200406_130504762.jpg" alt="IMG_20200406_130504762.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This TV is model number: un43mu6290.&amp;nbsp; I have another identical tv purchased at the same time that does not have this issue-- TV Plus working normally on that other tv.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A full reset of the SmartHub brought TVPlus back, albeit with the added fun of getting all my streaming apps configured and/or downloaded.&amp;nbsp; It's funny that so many were trying to get rid of it, and I was trying to get it back.&amp;nbsp; When you don't have cable, the TVPlus app and "channels" are awesome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't need to do a Hub Reset because a Hub Connection Test is only needed to reestablish the connection. You won't have to redo all of your app sign-ins by just using the connection test either.&amp;nbsp; You're welcome.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Be sure to exit any apps in use on TV by tapping Exit button .&amp;nbsp; Now tap Home button, go to Settings, then Support, then Self Diagnosis, then Reset Smart Hub. Voila!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you've reset the hub without it working, and it has a working internet connection, then there's not much else you can do a far a i know except to reset the whole TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have to agree with RT.&lt;BR /&gt;For whatever reason, after I reset mine - it worked for a few days, then stopped again.&lt;BR /&gt;This time, I did a full factory reset of the TV - and it's been working fine since.&lt;BR /&gt;Really makes me wonder what the heck is going on with it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue in Thailand, I have recently lost the TVPlus App from the Smart Hub, I have reset the Smart Hub as well as resetting the whole TV (Samsung 7 Series (65), TV Software T-MSLUABC-1371.0).&amp;nbsp; All other apps work fine and I have full connection to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any information or further suggestion would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
