    <description>I wouldn't be surprised. I find it hard to believe that the exact same issues have occurred coincidentally.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;For the record - I've tested the power board and found no issue; I can power the LEDs directly; the software works as I've done a flashlight test on the screen and can see moving images. I've managed to revert to factory settings using the flashlight and menu but there is still no picture.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've also tried to force an update too but apparently there is no update available (even though I'm back to factory settings)! Samsung must have updates blocked now they know there's problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The conclusion is that this can ONLY be a firmware issue coming from a Samsung update.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Care to comment mod??</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Samsung model UE50MU6100K won't turn on anymore after the software update that came yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've spoken to the call centre and they said it's been escalated but I want to know what has actually happened? Can this even be fixed by another software update like I keep being told?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My UE49MU7070TXXU updated to days ago and since then it is stuck on one tv channel and will not respond to remote controls ( I have 3 ) or Smartphone controls. Is this an issue with the update or something else ? and how long am I expected to wait ?       <description>&lt;P&gt;A guy in the warranty department I spoke to seems to think we will need an engineer to come round to upload the new software, seeing as though the TV won't turn on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would anyone from Samsung be able to give an update on this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been in contact with customer services since Thursday about this problem. All they can/ will tell me is they are aware of the problem from a update they pushed out, and the engineersare working on a fix. They have no idea when the fix will be done.&lt;BR /&gt;My TV is only two months old, and the last person i spoke too told me the retails have been informed of the problem, so iam guessing people can't just take their TV to the retailer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the TV is less than 28days old you could return it even though retailer may try and fob you off. If like me it's 2 months old your stuffed, lesson learnt, switch off auto updates on all internet attached items. And check for before allowing it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also having the same problems, &amp;nbsp;tv has only been used for a week after moving home, keep getting the same answer and am almost at the point where the retailer will no longer take the tv back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There must be an answer by now or as said by others, roll back the update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am paying for a tv licence and virgin media that I can't use as my brand new samsing tv has been crippled by samsung, there must be more info than "it is being investigated"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
