      <title>BBC Iplayer not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a message on BBC iplayer today saying that I needed to update software in order to keep using the services. I looked at the relevant thread on the help forum. I've reset and updated the TV software but it's still not loading tv shows. Can anyone give me any pointers? I have a UE40F5300&lt;/P&gt;</description>

With the issue you're having on the BBC iPlayer app, the security certificate on the app had expired resulting to the message you're now getting. An update will be required on the TV but if this is already installed, the message will be displayed for a few days but will eventually start working on supporting TV models. Can you please send us the software version on your TV? We'll take a look to find out if there's any updates available. You can find this in Support &amp;gt; Contact Samsung.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have model UE48H5500AKXXU and have the same software message yesterday and have no iplayer loading.&amp;nbsp; I checked the software update and my tv had the updated 2009 version so no joy.&amp;nbsp; I did the obvious and switched off at the plug and reset....no joy.&amp;nbsp; I rang support yesterday and a helpful chap got in to my tv and was able to get iplayer working again but did hint there may still be a problem so I kept the reference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I am back to Iplayer not loading and the same software update message as yesterday.&amp;nbsp; I held on for support for about an hour.&amp;nbsp; I again had the assistant check my tv and all the updates were there and they were not able to get iplayer going.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My case has been referred to a Product Specialist as my tv should support i player and the assistant was not able to find a solution.&amp;nbsp; The assistant could not give any timescale as to when any help could be given.&amp;nbsp; I asked for confirmation as to whether BBC iplayed is still supported on my tv and they confirmed it is.&amp;nbsp; I would rather know if it is not so I will not be left hanging and waiting in a black hole.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry I cannot give a more positive reply but it may still be worth you contacting support and any fix may work better for your tv than it did for mine.&amp;nbsp; Be prepared for a long wait though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
