This is from broadcast channels. I checked to see if the system needed to be updated and it said it was updated. But I’ll check the version and let you know. I have two other Samsung televisions on the same Time Warner / Spectrum cable system and they are working fine.

The text on my 65” Samsung series 8 tv is very choppy. Is there a setting I’m missing to make everything sharp? Wasn’t like this when new.

Are the pictures from a channel that is being broadcast or from an external device that's connected to the TV? Can you also check the software version you're currently running? You can find this by pressing Menu/ Settings on your remote and going to Settings > Support > Software Update.
