Hi, can anybody confirm if the following smart remote will work on the following tv

tv model : UE55JU6800K

remote : RMCTPJ1AP2

@Gav: The RMCTPJ1AP2 is the same model remote as the one that comes packaged with the TV, therefore you should be fine. For compatibility purposes I recommend checking the following retailers who deal in genuine Samsung Parts and Accessories.

Thanks for reply.

I bought a remote from Espares and when trying to pair the remote it just says “not available” in the bottom corner of the screen. The only thing the new remote does is turn the tv on and off. Any help would be much appreciated

i have a 65ku6402 and i happen to get 3 remotes that are newer, and each time i try to connect says not available,is there a way to make them work ? my tv also has a small remote but one year older than my spare ones.
