S90D Bluetooth is UNUSABLE

The Samsung S90D TV, despite having built-in Bluetooth 5.2, has been widely reported to suffer from poor Bluetooth range and unstable connections. Users have experienced frequent dropouts, crackling, and very limited effective range-often much less than the expected 30 feet (about 10 meters).

Bluetooth range is more like 1.5-2m 😡😡😡

These problems have been linked to firmware updates since late 2022, which appear to have broken or degraded Bluetooth functionality on multiple Samsung TV models, with no reliable fix released yet.

DONT BUY SAMSUNG TV IF YOU WANT TO USE YOUR WIRELESS HEADPHONES!

Just out of curiosity have you tried other Bluetooth devices to connect with your TV to see if you experience the same thing?

I’m experiencing the exact same thing. After updating my TV, the Bluetooth functionality has become unusable. I’ve ruled out a hardware defect on the headphones side by testing three different models (including Sennheiser Momentum 4). The common denominator is definitely the TV's new firmware. For a TV in this price range, this level of instability is frustrating. Samsung, please look into this and provide a fix.
