Charge of USD 9,94 to my credit card

Hi Every month I am getting charge to my credit card ended in 8476 USD 9,94, from SAMSUNG ELECTRONIC SCHWALBACH DE, I need to stop that charge now, I dont know why I am receiving these charges every month.

Please let me know how can I stop these charges and recover all what has been taken from my credit card account.

@sergiogoni: My understanding was that these charges are only temporary, and put in place to ensure that the payment method registered to your Samsung account is valid, although I'm not too sure why this is occurring monthly. Have you recently added the credit card to a Samsung service e.g. Galaxy Store? Have you checked to see if any previous charges have been refunded?
