S90F Blurry and neon-redish faces. HDR and SDR Faces look over saturated

S90F faces in HDR and SDR looks Blurry and Neon Red. Faces look over saturated. Only way to temporally fix this is to reboot the TV. Does anyone have the same issue. Samsung please fix all these firmware issues. None of this is happening on the S95D.

I am having the same issue on my new 65 inch S90F. Started immediately after purchase. Called the tech support several times, first attempt was no help. Second attempt I sent pictures while on the phone and they scheduled an in home technician. Since the issue is sporadic, of course it didn't happen when the tech was at my house. He called Samsung and was told it is a known issue and that a Factory Reset usually fixes the problem permanently. They unplugged the mother board and disconnected and reconnected the panel. I'm supposed to call if it happens again. So far its been 4 days and no issue, but it usually takes a week or so to reoccur. I'm not optimistic. Bought this set from BB in June.

Thank you for the reply. I will give the factory reset a try and revert back. I am on Firmware version 1131.0 and I have a 55 Inch.

Same issue on my 4day old 77inch s90f. I held down the power button to reset the TV and once it rebooted was back to normal. I'm not impressed at all. Should I contact customer support about this? Is it all TVs or have I just got a bad one?

I have the issue. can someone confirm if the firmware update to 1131 fixed this issue. I paid so much for a top end set but the HDR looks like its a potato TV

I’have the same issue. It’s irritating me. Highend TV with over coloured faces and blurr. Even on HDR content.

I’ve restarted to fabric and after one day I had same red faces. Used 10 sek power button on remote controller. We will see what will be or when it will back.

Have had this happen 5 or 6 times in total now. Also had an issue twice of no sound until the TV is disconnected from power supply. Also experiencing slow laggy streaming on a 1gb fibre connection, both wireless and wired with cat 8 ethernet. Not what I was expecting from a high end tv. All seems to be software issues

Worth adding that I also purchased a hw-q930f soundbar home theatre system (which is awesome) and an s25 ultra 1tb. Both due to compatibility with the TV. Another few thousand pounds, making the TV issues all the more disappointing. Im going to contact Samsung to see if I can get the TV replaced

I bought this TV and it was delivered Monday 2/23. For 2 days it worked great and was beautiful. I calibrated to the Rtings settings for both HDR and SDR content. Wednesday night i was watching a movie on prime HDR10+ and i noticed the colors were really off with orange and red being obnoxiously loud, especially around the face and lips. I tried other apps and it was happening there too. I found a few threads and tried the full turn off and on, didnt work. I factory reset and that did the trick. Now i am paranoid when watching that it will keep reoccuring. For how much money i just spent on this TV this seems unacceptable. Has samsung said if they are going to be releasing an update to fix this Bug? It looks like it has been around for close to a year now. I am on the newest firmware and this a brand new TV...
