      <title>Prime app with error code 0.28</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a QE43QN90DATXXN smart tv with firmware 1301, and I can't use the Prime app anymore. This happend all of a sudden about a month ago with Prime app version 5.2.1.&amp;nbsp; When I start the app, I see the Amazon logo, and after about 20 seconds the error code 0.28 appears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* reinstalled the Prime app&lt;BR /&gt;* reset smarthub&lt;BR /&gt;* unplug TV from mains and waited one minute&lt;BR /&gt;* restarted the tv (holding the power button, the Samsung logo shows during start)&lt;BR /&gt;* restarted the router (after waiting 10 minutes)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since 25 June there is a new version of the Prime app: 5.2.5.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;This version doesn't solve my issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Apps like Netflix and Disney have no issue. Also the smarthub connectivity test shows that my network and internet connection are okay.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone have the same issue? And how did you solve this issue?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Michael&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still not working for me. This issue started, must be 4 months ago now, or longer. Every once in a while I fiddle with the steps without any success. I'm going to shrug this away now as having an old TV (10 years) which no longer has updates. I'm loathe to get a new TV because it works perfectly apart from disappearing apps (ITV, C4 &amp;amp; C5 catch up). My disdainful sniff is this: if I bought a new TV, how long will it last before apps are no longer supported, again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
