      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just got a Q72D and I have my PS5 connected. While I'm gaming, every so often the screen goes black and then comes back after a second or so... How do I fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Rob. Please send us the full model number from the back of the TV. Does this only happen when you have the PS5 connected? Does it happen with other external devices or when you're watching TV on the standard channels? If you're getting any error messages, please share a picture of them here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have updated everything and switched out the hdmi included with the PS5 with an Anker hdmi 2.1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;tv model number is UN65CU7000fxza.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;had the tv for the year plus but first time I had the issue started yesterday&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I recently experienced some issues with my PS5, and a new update became available last week. It would be worth checking for updates and ensuring the PS5 settings are all correct. Your TV also seems to be a non-EU/UK TV. Where are you based?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
