Google TV Streamer not detected by QN91BA TV HDMI

Hi i just bought Google TV streamer, so after plug it in to TV's HDMI port it's not recognised by TV as Google Streamer but it goes as unknown Device. Got replaced chromecast with it what previously worked just fine. Is there any workaround or what can be wrong with it. Already tried multiple ports,cables but still not recognised. I've got suspicious that remote TV doesnt work properly due to that as it skips randomly on both Streamer and TV so have to use TV remote and Google remote separately what is not convinient due to CEC available. In case of any further details to be provided just let me know.

I made an account just to say I have the same problem on the same tv. Haven't found a solution yet, but I'll post here if I do.

I have the same problem. My Google TV streamer since day 1 is unknown device... on all ports ... what the hell samsung ...

I have the ue55qn90b, all devices are detected well, till i starded with the Google tv Streamer.....unknown device again and again, even by support from Samsung Netherlands that resetted my hdmi ports.But result stays 0 result

What is this Samsung.......give a update or howevermake it work for your brand A class tv, this bug must be well known now by Samsung.

Make that device to be in the devices list, solve and help us. Its in all or many models a bug i see.

Same issue on 2024 S95D !!
