Is there a way to remove unwanted suggestions from home screen of my QN900D TV? There are many suggestions from the apps that I don't even have installed or have the subscription for. Basically I want to declutter my home screen.

There's an option at the bottom called 'Preferences' to suggest only ones you want. But it never works and I have no idea why Samsung have this option.

On the current interface of the Smart Hub (firmware 2020), go to "Apps" on the (Discover | Live | Apps) menu, and then at the bottom go to "App Settings". There you can delete apps from the TV. To just remove them from the home screen, just press and hold over the app you want to remove for 2 seconds, and you will get the "Remove" option.

Removing apps is possible however the OP asked something else: how to remove from Smart Hub on a OLED TV unwanted "suggestions" (ads really) for apps not even installed.

Shame on Samsung for not offering the basic ability to fully costomize our expensive devices.
