Help! My srart up screen keeps on flashing on and off and I cannot get out of it even if I switch it off. I've tried holding the on/off and volume button for 45 seconds. Anyone know what else to do.

Hey @AlyRowe, are you still experiencing this issue? If so, please allow your tablet to run out of battery until it turns off completely. Then charge it for 30 minutes with the original charger and turn it on again.

Thanks for your response, have tried that but didn't work. Have ordered a new battery, fingers crossed that works.
