I have a Tab A7 too, it was last updated in March and isn't due for another update until the end of June. Updates are quarterly and if it's still on Android 10 after the June 2021 update don't be too surprised. It may get Android 11 in September and Android 12 in 2022 some time. As long as your tablet says March 2021 you are up to date.
