It would be nice if SAMSUNG would just acknowledge the problem and tell us when the fix will appear!

Just go to PlayStore man tap in search bar Android WebView and unistall it and that's it. You can even try to update it but I am not sure yet if it works perfectly 👍

I updated chrome and that worked by the looks of it.

Greetings, it seems that I'm having the same problem! my apps plus hotmail, Gmail and Virgin all crashing. What do we do?

Updating is working for the vast majority, and is a permanent fix. Uninstalling is a temporary fix and should only be attempted if updating doesn't work. Users should try updating both affected apps before considering uninstalling.
