Tablet restarting

I have purchased the Samsung galaxy tab a 8" yesterday, I'm trying to mirror my tablet to the TV screen but when the connection is in progress the screen on my tablet goes black and then restarts? Does anyone know how to fix this please

Its a polaroid TV from Asda, I used to have a Samsung galaxy S8+ and now I have the S10 and they both connected fine with no issues, This is the first time I have experienced a problem like this

the tablet is crashing and fully restarting? corrupt ROM springs to mind, contact Samsung support and ask for a ROM file to flash to it with Samsung Switch on PC

it doesn't crash it just restarts automatically, it shouldn't have anything corrupt on it either as it is brand new and was only switched on for the first time yesterday

Restarting automatically is a sign it's crashing. As it's that new I'd return it for a straight swap
