    <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume your device hasn't been rooted&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/282900"&gt;@Ibbotson&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would try clearing your system cache and data and try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If no joy you can send a bug report to HSBC. I had to when my HSBC App wouldn't launch on my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That said if it's happening with other Apps I'm assuming sourced from the Official PlayStore then if a system cache clean does not help then I'd back up and Factory Reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again if no joy then I'd ask a Samsung Service Location to run a diagnostic on the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>App download issue. Tab 4 SM-T230</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to download HSBC Mobile App (android) to my Samsung SM-T230 Tablet, but keep getting the following message " This app is incompatible with your device" Also getting the same message with other apps. Can anyone please advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
