My Emails keep disappearing about 2 weeks after reading them even on my V.I.P account some of which were important and needed at a later date any ideas ? I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A

Do you have an archiving policy set up with your email app? You may need to change that to suit your requirements.

In the Samsung Email app you need to go into the app settings, then into the settings of the email address(es) you have added, then 'email sync period' and change it to 'all time'.
