      <description>Anyone experiencing bluetooth connectivity issues since the last system update? Since the update which happened on my tab on the 23rd of Nov, I can't connect my bluetooth mouse which worked fine up until the update. All the answer I got from customer service, that I should by a Samsung bluetooth mouse, which is beyond ridiculous.&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks to the Twitter Support Team, it has been solved. They have been really professional and walked me through to several options until we found the solution.  I don't know why the live chat support couldn't do the same.</description>
