I buy many of these tablets every month for our customers. The latest is SM-T290 w/android 9.0

How do i prevent the OS updating to android 10? This update screwed up Maas360 control and proprietary app we use. Factory reset did not reverse the system update. The version 10 is crazy bad. If my customer in the field updates this tablet/s it becomes useless and trash

Hi @Drtlndry

That's not what we like to hear. It's not possible to reverse a software update we're afraid, however you are able to turn off 'auto updates' within Settings > Software update. Is this issue just affecting one app?

Hi, I need to update the Android version 4.4.4 to a newer version. How do I do it? I really need to have installed Zoom on this tablet and the Android version doesn’t allowing me.
