If it's an alternative offer I recommend contacting Vodafone for the registration information, usually vendors have a link on the page where they sell it.

They will ask you for proof of purchase. I sent pictures of the emails. They also ask me for a picture of about tablet where the series number is. I live in London it took 2 weeks to arrive.
