I claimed mine about 12 days ago it got accepted within 5 minutes, have not received nothing yet though

I am in London. It took 2 weeks. I used the claim free.

Yes, they sent me an email. But no updates after that. I used to check in my samsung account and it only said preparing the dispatch. That my book cover will arrive in 30 days from the day of the approval.

At some point I received a text message on my phone with the date of delivery and the tracking website. It was delivered by yodel.

Update on mine - it tracked the same day (11th of May) and has been sat on "Sent for fulfilment" ever since

I emailed their support yesterday, and was told it should arrive today, and was given a tracking number (but I still haven't recieved an actual confirmation from Samsung, other than by support) so if anyone's been waiting more than a few weeks, give support a message!

Now just waiting on that delivery...

*Edit* It came that evening.

Perfectly functional case - does what it needs to do, but does feel somewhat plasticky (definitely doesn't feel as premium as the tablet itself) and I do wonder how much protection it would actually offer if dropped
