Samsung Tab A6 not charging pass 83%

Ma daughters Galaxy Tab A6 not charging pass 83% any more. I'm using original charger and cable.

Has anyone had the same issue before?

Any idea how to resolve it?

Hey @Onyx1980 ,

has she made any change on the Tab recently (upgraded the software, downloaded any app...)? Does this happen if you put the tablet in safe mode? You can find all the steps to run the tablet on this mode here.

Good Morning.

The last system update was at june 2019.

Im not sure about the Apps downloaded.

I've tried to charge it in sade mode and it stopped again at 83%.

This is a picture of a previous charging graph. It might help.

Just a bit of additional information:

My son has the same tablet as my daughter only a year older. It had the very same fault about the same time. However I restarted it a few times and done the device maintenence/optimising a few times and it charging upto 100% again. I've done the same on my daughters one but still no luck with it.
