topic Smart Lock Galaxy Tab A in Tablets

What I would really like to know is why Samsung still selling products when they know that certain features are not working properly. The Smart Lock on the Tab A is a disaster, tried everything and still no good. Pairing with other Samsung devices is unreliable as well.

Please, can anyone help?
