That's madness, ill not be cancelling my plan as I use it for 4k content on my tv.

Has anyone else experienced this, the forums seem to have a lot of lurkers but less active users. It's a shame as Samsung wont actually do anything unless we raise awareness of issues 😞

Hi folks, I've noticed that when watching Netflix , after some time (30/40 mins) it looks like the screen is dropping Frames. I've not tested this with other apps but I'm aware of other s6 owners having the same issues. Normally a restart of the app resolves the issue but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this?

Same here...watching HDR content on netflix every 15-20min stutter or frame skip is occur. HD content is ok. Only fix right now is to cancel netflix premium plan and go with standard plan.

Talked to netflix. They said its hardware issue not theirs. Don't think so cause youtube HDR and downloaded HDR samples work anytime. So my premium plan ends next months on fifth so....
