Hi everyone 👋

Ive synced my tablet S10+ with my phone. I have lots of games on my phone which have been downloaded via Google Play. Unfortunately on my tablet all games are level one. Ive checked all that Im aware of to check and all seems fine. Does anyone know how to solve my issue please?

Do you mean that your games haven't saved your progress from where you were on your phone?

Like, you were at level 40 on your phone but the tablet shows that you never played. That right?

It depends on the game. If the game doesn't have a login system, it most likely doesn't support cloud saves. Meaning the app can't save your progress outside of your device.

The only way I'm aware of that might work is if you use smart switch to transfer the app from the phone to the tablet. Even then, I'm not sure if smart switch supports phone to tablet and some games still might not transfer correctly

Thanks. I just used the sync and they downloaded. Ive only tried a few games but the ones Ive tried are as if Ive never played them.

My calender is not right either. Missed some dates Id marked on my phone. 1 was missing yesterday on my tablet, today 3 dates, so I dont know whats going on.

Firstly, the sync thing just means it installs the app on both devices. It doesn't sync app data or progress.

Calender doesn't exactly store data itself. It saves events to an account. It shows events based on the connected account.

So if things are missing, check which account the event is saved to on your phone, then make sure that account is also on the Calender app on the tablet
