There seems to be a compatibility issue with Tablets . I received messages to contact Developers on a Galaxy Tab S10 FE when I checked previously. it is fine on mobiles with recommended requirements. There used to be a dedicated App for Tablets which was discontinued .

I have the same problem with my A9+. I had to uninstall the app because it was going crazy and then I couldn't find it again to reinstall it. I had to go to the website and add the website to my homepage. I have this problem with several apps that will not download to my tablet for some reason.
