Hi Samsung Community,

I'm wondering if anyone would be able to help me with an issue I'm having with my Samsung galaxy tab S9 Fe plus and the galaxy AI book cover with keyboard.

For the past few days, I've been having some issues when typing on the keyboard. When I'm typing I've noticed that both the backspace and enter keys (UK keyboard) are only allowing me to press once and then not registering any more key strokes. Once that happens the whole keyboard begins to suffer from the same issue.

I've tried the following diagnostics with no luck

I've done a complete clean of the pogo pins on both the tablet and keyboard

I've also tried my spare Bluetooth keyboard (this has has also experienced the same issue)

I've also tried typing in Google Docs, Samsung Notes and Google Keep

I completely baffled on what the issue could be, the keyboard works perfectly (when I don't have to press either the backspace or enter key) and I am running the most up to date version of One UI.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, if I have posted this in the wrong area, please let me know and I'll move my request to the appropriate area.

Many thanks

Update to post, I've solved the problem. It's turns out the slow keys setting was enabled. This meant the system was blocking a second stroke on each key for 0.5 seconds. I've turned it off and the keyboard is fully functional again
