JUST BOUGHT MY A11+ AND GOOGLE PLAY STORE IS NOT WORKING

I have tried all the troubleshooting from Google, tried resetting my factory settings but nothing is working. I always had go back to clear Google play store data and cache everything single time I want to use the App for it to work which is quite frustrating. I have called Samsung and was told to come here as there are engineers who install the App. This is a new gadget and it's quite frustrating that I can't easily use it for something as simple as downloading Apps when I need to.

I can understand how frustrating that must be, especially on a brand new phone. You’ve already tried the right things, so here are a few practical steps that usually fix this issue on Samsung A11+:

Go to Settings > Apps and clear cache & data for Google Play Store, Google Play Services, and Google Services Framework (all three matter).
Make sure Date & Time are set to Automatic.
Check System Update and install any pending updates.
Remove your Google account, restart the phone, then add the account again.
If you’re using a VPN or private DNS, turn it off and test again.

If the Play Store still only works after clearing cache every time, it’s likely a software bug on this model. In that case, visiting an authorized Samsung service center for a firmware reflash is the proper fix they don’t “install” the app, they fix the system software.

Thanks for the feedback. I only have Google play store and Google play services i don't have the framework. Will the 2 be sufficient?

What do you mean by "not working"

Error message? App missing? Just closes app?
