To help me understand the issue a bit better, please can you confirm which browser app you are using (e.g Samsung Internet or Chrome), along with the notification or error message you're seeing when you attempt to access the affected sites?

Hi @bevf60 There was a Cloudfare outage this week that affected some sites but would not appear to be the issue if ok on other Devices. However you can respond with any error messages in response to
to @AndrewL 's post.
Is there is any effect with Different Browsers, Try clearing the Browser cache, for instance on Samsung Internet, go to Settings-Internet Settings-personal Browsing Data-Delete Browsing Data, cookies and site Data, cached Images and files. If you go to Sites and Downloads-Site permissions-ensure Allow Javascript is enabled. if you go go to Settings-Privacy-Block Apps from opening Internet check Browsers/any other apps have not been toggled on in Error. in chrome go to settings-privacy and security-Delete Browsing Data. In Privacy, security Tab ,Safe Browsing can look at the filters there.
f you go to Settings-Connections-More connection settings-Private DNS ensure is set to Automatic. However you may need to reset the Network Connections,General Management-Reset -Reset Wifi and Bluetooth Settings or All Settings.
Another idea is to try in Safe Mode as if ok there woukd pinpoint recent third party apps which have been installed. could also try a VPN if desired.

Also, try unplugging your router at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for the calibration process to complete before attempting to access the site again. You may also wish to to try another browser app such as Samsung Internet to see if the issue persists.

Whilst you may have done this preiously I think you need to temprarily disable the VPN, a good idea to try Safe Mode to see if it resolves it and pinpoints third party apps which are causing issue. An idea to adjust the band of the Mobile Hotspot, switching to 2.4 GHz if on 5 can help. However you may need to reset Network connections /Reboot Router. some other infoprmation also in this thread https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s24-series/galaxy-s24-hotspot-not-working-after-sw-update/td-p/13378411

However should note that if the S10 mobile phone that has not been not supported for some time.
