      <title>Galaxy A9+</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I purchased a Galaxy A9 + from a company called CEX this week I connected wireless to my old galaxy tablet to transfer information to the new one that went well I then tried to open the new tablet but it was asking for a password I tried the passwords off my old tablet this did not work so I tried to reboot but it would not switch off without the password I went on YouTube and tried the method of holding down the on off buttons and the volume control still did not switch off or take me to the page where I could do a factory reset&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I took it back to the store they were unable to solve the issue saying it was a password I had set in the system I have been trying different passwords and I am now up to 8 hours in between attempts does anyone have any ideas how I can get to a factory reset please &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It should be shut tablet down. Hold power and volume up, release on samsung logo.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I know you said you tried it but try again. It's sorta the only way</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are mixed opinions on&amp;nbsp; CEX , whilst claims that&amp;nbsp; checks are conducted aware of some having issues with substandard goods. Therefore if the&amp;nbsp; troubleshooting does not work would be&amp;nbsp; best to return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
