Hi, galaxy A9... after using this tablet screen problems problems happen. Words. Are unreadable letters show multiple like this muullliiplle lettersss.

Thisss causes severe problems also when I I try to play games as. The screen becomes becomes unresponsive

The. Only thing that helps is to switch the tablet off for. A while...Restart does not work

Can anyone offer me some tips and support??

Hi, try a hard reset

With the tablet powered up, Hold Volume down and Power buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. Screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until tablet vibrates and Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Tablet will reboot. Once done, please check if issue resolved.

that didnt work , it never vibrated , keeping butons down it just did logo loop
