Connection issue

My new tb a9 sm-x110 refuses to connect Bluetooth to my Sony headphones. My old tab a9 did this with no bother.

Any suggestions?

Put the headphones into pairing mode:

First-time pairing:

For initial pairing, most Sony headphones will automatically enter pairing mode when powered on for the first time.

Subsequent pairings:

If pairing with a new device, you'll typically need to press and hold a power or pairing button for a few seconds until the headphones announce they are in pairing mode (or a light flashes). The exact button and duration will depend on your model. Refer to your headphones' manual for specific instructions. For example, some models require holding the power button for about 7 seconds.
