    <description>Hi and Welcome.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You seem more knowledgeable then us &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is a customer to customer forum so answers are limited to individual experiences.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also you seem to have tried most of the solutions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Next time it happens I would suggest to send Feedback via the Samsung Members Support Tab foe the Devs to have a look at.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with multiple &lt;STRONG&gt;Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+&lt;/STRONG&gt; devices that I'm using as &lt;STRONG&gt;Smart Home control panels&lt;/STRONG&gt;—one per floor in my house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":wrench:"&gt;🔧&lt;/span&gt; Setup Overview:&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each floor has its own &lt;STRONG&gt;Wi-Fi access point&lt;/STRONG&gt;, using &lt;STRONG&gt;2.4 GHz only&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Different &lt;STRONG&gt;Wi-Fi channels&lt;/STRONG&gt; per floor to avoid overlap&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Static positioning&lt;/STRONG&gt;: each tablet is fixed on the wall in kiosk mode using &lt;STRONG&gt;Fully Kiosk Browser&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Internet access is allowed&lt;/STRONG&gt; (even though it’s normally blocked in my setup)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wi-Fi signal is &lt;STRONG&gt;strong and stable&lt;/STRONG&gt; when connected&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already &lt;STRONG&gt;blocked the MAC addresses of other access points&lt;/STRONG&gt; to force the tablet to stay on the correct AP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":exclamation_mark:"&gt;❗&lt;/span&gt;The Problem:&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;The tablets &lt;STRONG&gt;randomly disconnect from Wi-Fi&lt;/STRONG&gt; after a while&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once disconnected, they &lt;STRONG&gt;do not auto-reconnect&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to manually &lt;STRONG&gt;toggle Wi-Fi off and on again&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then they reconnect instantly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happens &lt;STRONG&gt;even though “Keep Wi-Fi on” is enabled&lt;/STRONG&gt; in Fully Kiosk settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":white_heavy_check_mark:"&gt;✅&lt;/span&gt; Already Tried:&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Full &lt;STRONG&gt;factory reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Network settings reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked AP settings (bandwidth, channels, DHCP, DNS)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enabled all options in Fully Kiosk to &lt;STRONG&gt;keep Wi-Fi alive&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verified &lt;STRONG&gt;no power-saving settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; are interfering&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;MAC randomization is disabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried both &lt;STRONG&gt;static IP and DHCP&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the tablet is connected, everything works perfectly for hours—but then the connection drops, and it doesn’t reconnect until I manually intervene. Since this happens on &lt;STRONG&gt;all tablets&lt;/STRONG&gt; (on different floors and APs), I suspect it’s something with the &lt;STRONG&gt;tablet or Android 13/One UI behavior&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Has anyone else seen similar behavior with the Tab A9+ or Fully Kiosk? Any way to force auto-reconnect or at least detect + recover from dropped Wi-Fi without user interaction?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im not sure if this will help but I do remember reading that the issue with the connectivity relates to wifi6... something about the software doesnt allow for a continuous connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thx, i dont use wifi 6. support doesnt work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i seperated the names of 2.4 and 5 ghz and turned on&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;802.11r&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i guess they have problems with 2 accesspoints.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
