Tab A9+ notifications question

Hi. Got this tab recently, can't get it to display YouTube notifications.

The notification settings in YouTube itself must be correct as notifications appear on my other Galaxy devices.
Notifications from other apps such as email work fine on my A9+.
The notification settings in Apps - YouTube are the same as in other apps.

Anybody any ideas what I'm missing?

@Oz-man: Please try heading to Settings > Notifications > Advanced settings > Manage notification categories for each app > Toggle this option on.

Now, head to Settings > Apps > YouTube > Notifications > On > Notification categories > Toggle all options on from here.

Thanks Andrew, but I've already got those settings On, so that's not it.
