Hi I just bought a samsung 25 ultra and was told to claim a samsung a9+ tablet but all l find on google is a site for claiming when you purchased white goods. so how do l find where l go? thanks in advance

I followed the link from Asad above and it looks like I've been approved. A message came through to say I'll get my reward within 45 days. Concerned it doesn't identify what the reward is, but my only intention (ie. the offer) was for the Tab A9. I will post an update as soon as I have one!

We can appreciate this can be frustrating. To claim for any of our promotions, you would need to submit an eligible proof of purchase. You can use any formal documentation provided by the retailer so long as this clearly shows the following information:

Invoice/receipt number
Product purchased
Retailer name/logo
Date of purchase, clearly stating a date between21 May 2025 - 26 June 2025.

It would need to be the complete document. Split or partial images wouldn't be accepted. Usually, the best documentation would be an invoice or receipt. Any problems with this, we recommend contacting our Promotion team using the Get in touch button, under Help and Support, over on the claim page.

Understandable. It would be a great gift for your grandson! If you have been sending the same document and each time it is rejected, then it would appear the document you are using isn't cutting it as a form of eligible proof of purchase.

The automated claim system isn't working that well. Think I'll email direct, atleast that way it will possibly be looked at by a person.

The system isn't automated. Each claim is reviewed by the Promotion team. We do agree though. Reaching out to the Promotion team directly would be the best thing to do at this stage. They will be able to shed further light on this for you.

Does it normally take the full 45 days once the claim has been approved? A9+ PROMOTION.

Depending on the popularity of the promotion, it can often take less than 45 days for you to receive your gift. I always tend to assume it'll take the full 45 day period to receive any freebies, so if they arrive early it's a nice surprise. 😀

I bought a Samsung S25Edge from your Edinburgh store on 19th June - costing over £1,100 after discount, and lured in by the promise of a free Samsung Tablet. They told me I'd get an email about it. I didn't. I tried to call Samsung (impossible) I then had a couple of holidays. Tried to call Samsung (haha). Called the shop today. Not easy through the Samsung main number (why can't you just connect customers?), Eventually got through and spoke to an assistant. They can't help (what a surprise) She gave me a Samsung number to call...but of course it's just a recording telling you how to do it. "Use the code". I NEVER GOT A CODE! I think I found the correct link on your website...but it says you have to claim within 30 days. You make it SO HARD to claim. This really is not a genuine offer. It's disgraceful to offer false gifts like this. Why can't ytour customers SPEAK to a human being?? Very disgruntled customer
