Hi, I did factory reset on my tab. It took 1 second and I thought it didnt work. I rebooted the device and it asked only my original passcode. I moved data from my phone to the tab and was going to update android as my device is bought 2.2022 and it already had android 15 and latest ui. I transferred data from my phone and now the tab is working not thanks to samsung.

Sounds like a proper Samsung store appointment is necessary ....it's beyond most of our knowledge here. If they can't fix it they often just replace it for yah

Same problem with my S8 tab U as well. How can Samsung release so bad sw? The Tablet is first of all unusable. Even if I can access the apps and files of the primary user without UI, the secondary users are completely unavailable, and I cannot even get access from USB to make a backup of their files, or reinstall anything.

SAMSUNG: TEST YOUR UPDATES BETTER! The repetitive boot attempts that ends in a SafeMode is totally unacceptable. Why is there not a new update available immediately when there are so many people affected by this?

Samsung support told me factory reset would fix it but Im not sure which Gmail user im In it and the email and passWord must be but there after reset.

They suggested I would take it to A samsung store so they could flash it and I don't have to reinstall everything. Let me know if someone finds a solution.

Hi. Yes, thanks. I am quite confident that a factory reset will help, but then I loose all files from the secondary users. There is really no way of accessing these files when UI is in SafeMode, neither from GUI as you cannot change user, nor from USB as the Android protection is not allowing access to other users' files.

This really is a huge bug from Samsung and the UI team. (In addition to not testing upgrades good enough...)

This really is a huge mistake from samsung. I contacted the place that was meant to flash my tab and they told they can not do it... They told me theres one place in whole finland where they might to get it fixed. One needs to send the tab there. I bought this when it was published so I think im out of warranty.

Isnt there any samsung representatives here to give us any update file to load from sd card? Does anyone know where to contact for authentic tab s8 ultra update files?

What makes it so sad that Windows even how broken it has been always lets you get back in update history.

This is for certain my Last samsung product for ever, im so pissed right now. I have many older tablets some getting updates and some doesnt but this is the first one to become a brick...

Samsung help please! Shoudnt be too much to asked. Even if this is would be very rare situation you can find all complaining emails and contact them.
