    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Rin0,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That's a strange issue with your specific keys. Just a thought, have you by any chance tried rooting your Tab S7 or flashing a custom ROM/OS on it at some point?&lt;BR /&gt;I ask because I've got a similar setup, a Galaxy Tab S7 Plus (SM-T970) with the official Book Cover Keyboard (EF-DT970), and my keyboard has a different but possibly related problem. It connects fine, the tablet sees it and even shows the "Keyboard Book Cover" name in settings, but not a single key or even the trackpad works. It just won't type anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In my case, I'm pretty sure it's because I tried to root the tablet a while back. I really regret trying to do that. I've actually confirmed it tripped Knox to 0x1 status using the "info Samsung by vndnguyen" app installed on the tablet. I don't even know why that Knox security setting exists in a way that causes this, because now the tablet doesn't get OTA updates. I have to manually flash updates using the Frija tool and Odin on Windows, but even then, that Knox setting or whatever it triggered won't go away, and the keyboard stays dead. Because of this, I also can't get full system updates properly on my tablet anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So, if you've ever gone down the rooting or custom OS path, maybe that's a lead for your keyboard issue too. Good luck figuring it out!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Help fix book cover keyboard issues pls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The keys: 4, 5, R, T, F, G, V, B on my book cover keyboard of my tab s7 doesnt type but if I use cmd + those keys it works (but it doesnt type the letter/number just a shortcut assigned to it) (meaning; its not broken)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do I fix this ive been pressing every key combination and trying to find solutions on the internet but I cant find it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried restarting my tablet, I tried resetting my keyboard, heck I even tried smashing all key together it still won't work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Go to Settings &amp;gt; Software Update and check for any available updates.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Re-pair the Keyboard: Disconnect and then reconnect the keyboard. Go to Settings &amp;gt; Connections &amp;gt; Bluetooth, find your keyboard, and select Forget.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Tablet software is up to date,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Keyboard isnt Bluetooth but the one where it connects directly to tablet through magnetic metal prongs (?) at the bottom side of the tablet, so I cant unpair it ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; Tried resetting keyboard setting and even clearing cache but still wont work &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you check any accessibility settings or keyboard remapping apps you may have installed? If all else fails, factory resetting the phone might be the only option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
