I've been using GOODNOTES on my TABS9+ for 8 months, the version pre-installed on the tablet.
I've lost all my data and can't find my files. My last backup was in July 2024.
Has anyone else had this problem?
8 months of lost work.
Thanks for your help.

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

GoodNotes isn't a Samsung app—you'll need to contact them for that.

*No personal experience with it; I use mainly Microsoft/Google/Samsung services.

I am not particularly familiar with the app. However reading into it whilst there is an Android version it seems there is more functionality with ios. Do you not have any Backups, this really is advised to protect your Data. Otherwise as suggested you could contact the app provider but they may not necessarily be able to assist you in this matter.
