i have a galaxy tab s sm-i think t7o5y as shown below stock image, it bootloops with green line when about to restart with quicker intervals the lower the battery gets i tried reset but stillbad so when i charge it and battery low i hear beep *restarts* beep x99999999. plz send fix instruct i dont have tools just a fruit drier for take glue off and screw driver no new glue though

We can't provide you with information on how to take apart devices. It's not allowed on the forums.

If you are competent enough to be able to do it, you will have the ability to find this information. *doing a job without all the tools isnt worth it

Personally, my suggestion would be to reach out to Samsung directly to see if they are able to arrange a repair.

This sounds more like a software issue than hardware, you shouldn't need to take it apart. Can you boot it into recovery or download mode?

i also tried pc software but i needed debug and i tried kies and smart switch kies got stuck on connecting and smart switch didnt detect

Kies lol, that takes me back. I can't remember with these ones if you have to press and hold the home button as well as the power & volume, try holding all 3 (either vol up or down) for about 30 seconds while it's powered on and it should force a power off and take the input from the buttons to take it into either mode.
